You can view the shipping status of a Transaction touch by:
Click on "TRANSACTIONS" on the left-hand side.
Click on the client you wish to view.
Click on the touch you wish to see tracking information for.
The tracking information will be displayed below.
You can view the shipping status of a Top of Mind touch by:
Click on "MY PLANS" on the left-hand side.
Click on the client you wish to view.
Click on the touch you wish to see tracking information for.
The tracking information will be displayed below.
You can view the shipping status of a one-off touch by:
Click on "PEOPLE" on the left-hand side.
Click on the client you wish to view.
Click on the touch you wish to see tracking information for.
The tracking information will be displayed below.
Pro tip: You can easily access all this information by going to the People tab and selecting the preview button next to the client you are looking for.
