Adding or changing the name of the Recipient or Sender

Changing the "From" name.

To ensure the gifts are coming from exactly who you choose, you can edit the sender name within our services and on individual gifts in your account prior to those gifts being processed.

To Add or Change the Name for a Transaction Package:

  1. Click "MY TRANSACTIONS" in the left sidebar.

  2. Select the transaction you wish to adjust.

  3. Next to Package Display Names, click "CHANGE".

  4. Adjust the names accordingly in either the "REFER TO REPICIENT" or the "REFER TO SENDER AS" box.

  5. Click "SAVE".

To Add or Change the Name for a Plan:

  1. Click "MY PLANS" in the left sidebar.

  2. Select the the Plan you wish to adjust.

  3. Next to "TO NAME" or "FROM NAME", click the pencil icon to edit the field.

  4. Adjust the names accordingly in the box.

  5. Click "SAVE".

Note: If the Name it's left blank, your account will automatically default to your contact's first name or your Master Signatures.

To Change the Master Signature:

  1. Click Settings at the top right corner.

  2. Click "ACCOUNT SETTINGS" on the dropdown menu.

  3. Click "SIGNATURES" on the left menu.

  4. Edit the From Names.

  5. Click "SAVE".

Pro tip!

We recommend using first name, last name, and company name/phone number only. A long signature can affect the formatting.
