The Top of Mind plan has been designed and tested over many years to determine the ideal cadence. The number of touches delivered approximately every 3 months is paramount to keep you at the forefront of your contacts' minds all throughout the year without overwhelming them with too many touches. These plans can be paid annually, saving 20% or monthly if smaller payments are necessary.

The Monthly Payment Plan gives you the option to adjust or cancel the quarterly gifting program at any time after every three months of payments (3 monthly payments = 1 cycle). You will be able to activate, deactivate, and then reactivate the plan each quarter to send only 2 gifts a year. This is not our recommended process as it requires time and effort on your side to manage, which is what the whole program is designed to help take care of for you!
