The Top of Mind and Top of Mind Plus+ plans consist of quarterly touches that are thoughtful, helpful, enjoyable, and relevant to the season or a topical event.
The estimated delivery months are listed below per quarter:

To ensure that all clients you want to take care of will receive the upcoming quarterly gift, you must place any new clients on the Top of Mind or Top of Mind Plus+ Plan before a specified cutoff date, ahead of that quarterly shipping month. Cutoff dates will fall on approximately the 20th of the month prior to shipping.

If you are a Client Giant member, you will see these cutoff dates clearly displayed in your member portal. You'll also receive multiple emails leading up to the cutoff date for each gifting cycle with these details so you never forget to add your new clients.
