You can create your list of markets and submarkets in the "Custom Fields" section. Click on your name in the upper right corner of any ClientLook page, and select "Setup". Go to "Property fields" and click "Edit" next to "Market" and "Submarket". 

Add your items to the list, clicking "Add value to list" after each, then be sure to click "Save" at the bottom once you are done making entries.
