Common reasons why emails bcc:'ed to ClientLook don't appear

The 4 most common reasons emails don't attach to your contacts:

1.  You are sending the email from an email address other than the one associated with your account (the one you use to log in to ClientLook).  We only accept incoming email from an address that we can verify belongs to you.  You can add up to 2 additional email addresses to your account in the "Setup" area on the "Email" tab.

2.  The contact you sent the email to is not in your ClientLook database, or the email address on that contact's record is not the same as the address you sent the email to

3.  You forwarded an email from your "sent items" folder, or just emailed directly "to:" your ClientLook address.  You can "bcc:" ClientLook on an outgoing email, and you can forward a received email to us.  But you cannot forward something you previously sent, or send an outgoing email directly to us without it being addressed to one of your contacts.

4.  The email exceeded the maximum size.  An email, including all attachments, cannot exceed 20MB.

Here's a quick video that covers sending emails into the system, and a short article that may help.
