What are Tokens?: A token is a piece of code that you can insert into a flow “action” to auto populate field information. For example, if you have filled out the Contact Fields (First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Email address) for your contact, you can insert in a token to auto-fill those fields in your  flow "action".

Can custom fields be used as Tokens? Yes, they sure can. Learn more about custom fields here: https://faq.cliently.com/en/articles/3603709-using-custom-fields-to-expand-your-contact-and-company-information
