You can view your payment history on the billing tab of the Client Portal.
View Your Payment History
1. Click Billing in the navigation column.
Note: If your practitioner isn't enrolled in Canopy Payments, this tab is only to view invoices and payment history.
2. Click Payment history.
3. Click on a Payment to view its receipt.
The invoice number is in the top-right corner of each payment tile.
The payment date is beneath each payment amount.
4. Print or Download the payment receipt by clicking on the corresponding icon.
