How to Add Your Logo to Customize Client Portals

Overview:

Customize the footer of your client portals to reflect your company’s branding. You can add your logo, link text, and a contact option so clients have easy access to support.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Access Footer Settings:

    • Navigate to Account Settings and scroll to the Footer Settings section.

  2. Add Branding Elements:

    • Choose the logo that will appear on your footer.

    • Enter the link text to display alongside your logo.

  3. Configure Contact Options:

    • Add a link URL (e.g., to your Contact Us or Help page) or input an email address for client support.

  4. Save Changes:

    • Click Save Changes to apply your new footer settings across all client portals.

  5. Review Client View:

    • Verify that your customized footer appears at the bottom of each portal, displaying your logo, link text, and contact option.
