Editing the Subdomain of Your Client Portal
Overview:
Customize the URL for your client portal by editing its subdomain. You can update the default subdomain to reflect your brand or client’s name, creating a professional and memorable web address for easy access.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Access Portal Settings: From the main dashboard, go to “Manage Portal” or select a portal from “Client Portals.”
Navigate to Portal Settings: Click on “Portal Settings” then the “Domains” tab.
Edit the Subdomain: The subdomain field will auto-fill with the client’s name by default; modify it as needed (e.g., add your company name).
Save Changes: Click “Save Changes” to update the subdomain, which will reflect when the client portal is loaded.
