Customize your client portal’s header by adding a description that clearly communicates key project details and expectations. With client descriptions, you have complete flexibility to inform your clients and set the right tone.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  • Access the Client Portal:
    Navigate to the client portal where you’d like to add the description.

  • Add Your Description:
    Click on “Add Description,” type your text, and hit Save.

  • Verify on the Client View:
    Reload the client-facing version of the portal to ensure your description appears correctly.

  • Edit or Remove:
    To update your description, simply edit the text and save. To remove it, delete the text and click Save.
