Installing the ClientView webhooks on your clients GoHighLevel snapshot is the first step towards leveraging the power of ClientView. The Webhooks send specific metrics back to ClientView for all your clients. Before you can take this step, you need to decide which metrics you’d like to track.

  • Leads

  • Appointments

  • Shows

  • No Shows

  • Sales

  • Or all of them!

GoHighLevel Snapshot:

When you sign new clients, they are given a GoHighLevel sub-account, normally a duplicate or variation of a snapshot.

When you use a snapshot for multiple clients, you can make a change to the snapshot and push the update to all connected sub-accounts.This is where we will install the ClientView webhooks.

Learn more about GoHighLevel snapshots.

If you do not use a snapshot, you will need to add the webhooks manually to every client.

GoHighLevel Sources:

Once webhooks are installed in your clients snapshot and update pushed to all clients, you will start see “GoHighLevel sources” begin to populate in your account.

One webhook must be fired in a clients account before it becomes available inside ClientView.

The GoHighLevel data source will be named after your clients sub-account name.

Installing the Webhooks takes just a few minutes. All you need is access to your clients GoHighLevel snapshot and your ClientView webhooks handy.

If you don't have access to your snapshot, your developer will be able to help you out. You’ll find the ClientView webhooks in your settings, under ‘Webhooks’ here.
