Weight is like "original weight" and chargeable weight is "shipment rated weight." Weight is actual weight vs. chargeable (rated) is used in air, trucking, and LCL to account for "space" taken up.

When entering your shipping data in 3.4 and 3.9, use the actual weight number rather than the volumetric weight.
