Scope 1 emissions are direct emissions under your company’s control, such as natural gas used to heat your office or diesel burned in fleet vehicles.

You should consider all of your controlled facilities for Scope 1 plus controlled vehicle fleets. You should capture all emissions from the burning of fuels that occurred in these facilities.
