You or a stakeholder who is aiding in refining your company data in the Workbook (accessed within the BEE) might not have a Gmail address. That's ok! You will still be able to edit or share your Workbook.
You can sign up for a Google account using an email address you already have (the email address that is registered to the measurement portal). You do not need to create a Gmail address.
Go to the Create your Google Account page.
Enter your name
Enter your current email address (the one you used to register to the portal)
Create your password
Click Next.
Verify your email address with the code sent to your existing email.
Click Verify.
Your newly set up google account will grant you access to view and edit your Workbook. From there you can grant access to other stakeholders on your team using the sheet sharing settings. All stakeholders accessing the Workbook will need a google account set up to view or edit the sheet.
