Scope 3.1, Use POS or BOMS?

Upon first opening your workbook you'll find estimates for Scope 3.1 under the PO tab in your workbook but not the BOMS tab. Your estimates appear under the PO tab because that is where we can estimate your monetary spending on materials that might be included in your products. Estimates will not appear in the BOMS tab because the BEE does not know exactly what is in your products.

When refining your data, you may enter your product data under either the PO or BOMS tab. Whether you use the BOMS or PO tab, there may be double counting for estimates that appear in the PO tab. When you have finished inputting your actual product data, you can then remove double-counted estimates from the PO tab.
