Number Intelligence is an optional feature that helps your team assess incoming callers and check phone numbers before texting.
It includes three tools:
Spam detection: Flags potentially suspicious incoming U.S. calls from numbers that are not already saved as contacts.
Caller name lookup: Looks for a name on eligible incoming U.S. calls when caller information is missing.
Texting number validation: Checks a destination before the first outgoing text. If validation fails, the message is prevented from sending. This check supports numbers worldwide.
Does it block spam calls?
No. A “Spam Likely” label helps your team decide how to handle a call. Blocking repeat callers requires a separate setup.
Does it check my entire contact list?
No. Creating or importing a contact does not trigger texting validation.
Is there a cost?
