Schedule a Series From + Schedule Students
Click + Schedule students on the left navigation menu
Select the school
Select the opportunity
Click +Add students
Select a student(s)
Optionally click +Add staff to select faculty/preceptors
Enter a start and end date
Click +Add Series in green above the calendar
Select the student(s)
Select the date range
Select the availability window and the days of the week that the student(s) will be rotating. Filled in circle means it is selected.
Click +Add Series
Click Create rotation
Schedule or Edit Series From a Scheduled Rotation
Click on the rotation from the rotations page
Click the Schedule dropdown
Select +Add Series in green above the calendar
Select the student(s)
Select the date range
Select the availability window and the days of the week that the student(s) will be rotating. Filled in circle means it is selected.
Click + Add Series
Click + Add series in the bottom left corner
