If you're trying to create a Clinician Nexus account and receive an error message that your email address is already registered, this is likely because your school coordinator has started the account for you already.

Check your email for an invitation to join Clinician Nexus

When a school coordinator initiates an account for you, an email invite is automatically sent to the email address that your coordinator entered for you. So, if you're getting an error message that your email address is already registered, please:

  • Check your email inbox for a message from info@cliniciannexus.com inviting you to join Clinician Nexus. 
  •  If you don't find the email in your inbox, please check your junk/trash/spam folder.

If you find the invitation, follow the link in the email and you'll be able to set up a password and get started!

Reach out to your school coordinator

If you can't find the email invitation, please reach out to your school coordinator and ask them to resend the email invite if you didn't receive it the first time.
