If you invited a student to join Clinician Nexus but they haven't received the invitation yet, you can resend the invitation email.
To resend an invitation to your students to join Clinician Nexus:
Click Students from your left dashboard menu.
If needed, enter the student's name into the search bar in the far right corner of your screen.
When you find the student, click the Resend invite text found near their email address.
If after resending the invitation the student still does not receive the email, please take the following steps:
Verify that their email address is spelled correctly in your student list. If you find that you need to update the spelling of a student's email address, please contact Clinician Nexus Support by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Ask the student to check their spam/junk folder for the email.
