If you invited a student to join Clinician Nexus but they haven't received the invitation yet, you can resend the invitation email.

To resend a student invitation to join Clinician Nexus:

  • Click Students from your left dashboard menu. 
  • If needed, enter the student's name into the search bar in the far right corner of your screen. 
  • When you find the student, click the Resend invite text found near their email address.

Additional Information:

If after resending the invitation the student still does not receive the email, please take the following steps:

  • Verify that their email address is spelled correctly in your student list. If you find that you need to update the spelling of a student's email address, please contact Clinician Nexus Support by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. 
  • Ask the student to check their spam/junk folder for the email.
