You can now edit students' names and email addresses well in addition to taking actions on student data in bulk.

Editing individual student data

  • To modify individual student information, click the individual tab from the all students page, then click edit next to the student's name or remove to remove them from your school:

  • To edit, click the edit button next to the student's name- if the student email address is unconfirmed, you'll have the ability to modify the name and email address in case they were uploaded incorrectly or need to be changed, and you can also modify year of study, expected graduation date, school, and discipline:

Managing student data in bulk

  • To modify a group of students, click the bulk tab from the all students page, then click the checkbox next to each student's name:

You can then choose to:

  • Edit student information (like year of study, expected graduation date, discipline, or school)

  • Remove students that do not attend your school (if you need to archive graduated students, just make sure you edit their graduation date appropriately - no need to removed them. If student graduation dates are in the past, they'll automatically be archived.

  • Readd students who have been archived back to your active student list

Feel free to take advantage of the search filter to search for individual students or the dropdown box in order to narrow down your search based on graduation dates.
