How long does my free trial last?
You can take an unlimited amount of time to set up your account before you decide to use Clinician Nexus. We realize it’s a big change and you may need to include many stakeholders before you can move forward with a new solution.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and ACH transactions and only take your credit card information when you’re ready to start taking students.
How do you define an active student for billing purposes?
A student who had an experience that was active during the month included in the billing period.
We’re using the Pro version and paying monthly. When do I receive my first invoice?
Before you start accepting students, you will enter your credit card information into our platform. If you’re paying monthly, you will receive an invoice for all of the active students that rotated through your clinical site in the previous month. If you’re paying annually, you will estimate your total students per month and pay up front.
We’re using the Pro version and paying annually. What if I paid for active students, but did not take that many students in my billing cycle?
Any students that you paid for but did not take will be credited on your next invoice
We’re using the Pro version on an annual plan. What if we had more active students than we paid for in our current billing cycle?
Those unpaid active students will be billed in your next invoice. You have the option to switch to the Enterprise version for unlimited students at any time.
Does Clinician Nexus integrate with any other applications?
Yes! When you use our Enterprise version you are able to access Integrations with ServiceNow, PreCheck, and more.
How long does it take to set up Clinician Nexus?
Your account takes less than 1 minutes to create. If you’re a small site, follow our in-app onboarding wizard and Getting Started Guide to set up your organization within an hour. Multi-hospital implementations can take 6-8 weeks, depending on the scope of your roll out.
Are there any setup fees?
When you sign up and set up our platform on your own, there are no setup fees. If your health system requires more extensive implementation services, our Customer Experience team’s implementation fees range from 7-15% of your first year’s bill.

Can I change my plan later?
You can change your plan at any time by heading to Settings > Subscription. The change will be reflected on your next invoice.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you’re paying monthly on the Lite or Pro version, simply stop accepting/scheduling students through Clinician Nexus and you will not be billed for active students. If you’re paying annually on the Lite, Pro, or Enterprise version, clinical site admins can cancel your subscription at any time.
