How long does my free trial last?

We realize it’s a big change and you may have a lot of questions. Enjoy our 30-day free trial to see if our platform is right for you and maybe even get a head start on implementation. :)

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and ACH transactions and only take your credit card information when you're ready to activate your monthly or annual subscription.

How do you define a clinical experience for billing purposes?

A clinical experience includes rotations, placements, or clerkships, etc. that are scheduled at your organization. Clinician Nexus considers it a billable clinical experience once it is accepted by the clinical site. This ensures you don't pay for unaccepted applications or requests.

Does Clinician Nexus integrate with any other applications?

Yes! When you use our Enterprise version you are able to access Integrations with ServiceNow, PreCheck, and more.

How long does it take to set up Clinician Nexus?

Your account takes less than 1 minute to create. If you’re a small site, follow our in-app onboarding wizard and Getting Started Guide to set up your organization within an hour. Multi-hospital implementations can take 6-8 weeks, depending on the scope of your rollout.

Are there any setup fees?

When you sign up and set up our platform on your own, there are no setup fees. If your health system requires more extensive implementation services, our Customer Experience team’s implementation fees range from 7-15% of your first year’s subscription.

Will my data be private and safe?

We run Clinician Nexus on Microsoft Azure and our servers are located in North Central, USA. The Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure has been architected to be one of the most secure cloud computing environments available on the planet.

In addition to the security features built into Azure, we ensure the following:

  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest

  • Passwords are hashed and salted in accordance with OWASP guidelines

  • Our platform is FERPA compliant

  • Our system performs transaction log backups every 10 minutes, differential backups every 3 hours, and full backups weekly.

  • We contract with a third party security company to ensure we follow the latest security protocols and to have an unbiased auditor of our security practices

  • We perform a full security review, including vulnerability scans, penetration tests, policy reviews, and threat analysis annually.

  • Administrators can require their staff to use Two-Factor Authentication

Can I change my plan later?

You can change your plan at any time by heading to Settings > Subscription. The change will be reflected on your next invoice.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are paying monthly you can cancel your subscription before your next bill is due. If you are paying annually, you can cancel your subscription at any time and if there is more than one month remaining until your renewal date, we will credit the remaining balance on the account. You will continue to have access to your account to download or reference past data for 6 months after you cancel.
