How much do students pay to use Clinician Nexus?

Nothing. Clinician Nexus is, and always will be free to students.

My clinical site requires us to use Clinician Nexus. Do I have to pay to use it?

No, as long as your clinical site requires you to use our platform to onboard your students, our platform is free for you. If you choose to use additional features that benefit your school, and not your clinical sites, you can pay a subscription fee for different versions of Clinician Nexus.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and ACH transactions.

How long does it take to set up Clinician Nexus?

A school organization can be set up in less than five minutes. Follow our onboarding guide after logging in to set up your organization.

Are there any setup fees?

When you sign up on your own, there are no setup fees. If you would like to work with our Customer Experience team, implementation ranges from 7-15% of your first year’s invoice.

Will my data be private and safe?

We run Clinician Nexus on Microsoft Azure and our servers are located in North Central, USA. The Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure has been architected to be one of the most secure cloud computing environments available on the planet.

In addition to the security features built into Azure, we ensure the following:

  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

  • Passwords are hashed and salted in accordance with OWASP guidelines.

  • Our platform is FERPA compliant.

  • Our system performs transaction log backups every 10 minutes, differential backups every 3 hours, and full backups weekly.

  • We contract with a third party security company to ensure we follow the latest security protocols and have an unbiased auditor of our security practices.

  • We perform a full security review, including vulnerability scans, penetration tests, policy reviews, and threat analysis annually.

  • Administrators can require their staff to use Two-Factor Authentication.

Can I change my plan later?

You can change your plan at any time by heading to Settings > Subscription. The change will be reflected on your next billing cycle.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you’re paying monthly on the Pro version, simply stop scheduling students through Clinician Nexus and you will not be billed for active students. If you’re paying annually on the Pro or Enterprise version, school admins can cancel your subscription at any time. If there is more than one month remaining until your renewal date, we will credit the the remaining balance on the account. You will continue to have access to your account to download, or reference, past data for 6 months after you cancel.
