School: Claim All Slots or Release Some Back to the Clinical Site

Clinical sites now have the option to allow schools to claim all the slots granted, or if there are some not needed, release slots back to the clinical site for other students to schedule onto!

After reading this article you will be able to...

  • Confirm and Release Slots

To Confirm or Release Slots...

  • Click on Opportunities

  • Click into the relevant opportunity

  • If your school needs all of the slots given by the clinical site, click Confirm slots

  • If there are slots your school does not need, click Release some or all slots

If Releasing Slots...

  • Type in the number of slots your school needs. The rest will be released back to the clinical site to open up to other students.

  • Click Release slots
