Upload Files to the Document Library:
The Document Library is a place to store required documentation for a more efficient onboarding process on future rotations!
Uploading files to the Document Library page...
Click Document Library from the left menu
Click the teal box at the top of the page and upload files from your computer, or drag them into the box from your desktop
Complete Onboarding using the Document Library:
Uploading files to the clinical experience...
Click the clinical experience from your rotations page
Click Upload file, for the requirement(s) needing documentation
Select Document Library or My device
From the Document Library, select the file and click Upload selected file
From My device, select the file and click open. You can also choose to add the file to your Document Library for future use. To do so, click Save in Document library to confirm that you'd like to save the file to the Document Library.
Navigate the Document Library:
Search for Documents
Use the search bar to find a specific document in your list.
Who Has Access
The Who has access column indicates the school or clinical site coordinators who can see the document and what clinical experience it is uploaded to.
Note: School and clinical site coordinators do not have access to your document library. They can view the uploaded document inside the opportunity on the rotations page. To see who has access to the document, view staff members located on the rotation details page.
To preview documents, select the three dots on the far right side of the step and click View or click on the row.
To rename files you have uploaded, select the three dots on the far right side of the step and click Rename.
Type in the new name and click Rename.
To download documents, select the three dots on the far right side of the step and click Download.
To delete documents, select the three dots on the far right side of the step and click Delete.
Multiple files can be selected simultaneously. Click the check box at the top to select all files. You can also check the box next to the file(s) you'd like to Delete/Download.
