View and Complete Onboarding Requirements
Clinical sites and schools provide onboarding steps requiring completion to ensure you are ready for your first day. My steps will show all of the clinical site onboarding requirements and the school compliance requirements assigned to you. Clinical site onboarding steps can also be completed from the rotations page.
To view and complete steps...
Click the My Steps tab on the left navigation menu
Each step will specify whether the step is incomplete, complete, or pending verification.
Each step also specifies who can complete it. Sometimes, individual onboarding steps require completion by your school coordinator or clinical site coordinator. If that step hasn't been completed yet, your rotation will remain in Onboarding status until the coordinator has completed it.
To complete a step, click the action buttons on the right side. There are three step types include Mark complete, Forms, and File uploads.
Once all steps are complete and/or verified, your rotation will automatically move into Ready status. This means you're all set to start!
Upload Files to the Document Library
You can upload and complete steps by using the Document Library or from your device. Once you upload a document to the Document Library, it can be reused to complete future rotation steps.
Click the My steps tab
Click Upload file, for the step(s) requiring documentation
Select Document Library or My device
From the Document Library, select the file and click Upload selected file
From My device, select the file and click open. You can also choose to add the file to your Document Library for future use. To do so, click Save in Document library to confirm that you'd like to save the file to the Document Library.
Note: Some file upload steps will allow you to optionally set an expiration date for when the documents needs to be renewed.
