Assign Real Students
You can now schedule placeholder students temporarily onto a rotation before placing your students. First, the clinical site must allow this in the opportunity configuration.
Schedule Placeholder Students
To schedule placeholder students...
Click +Schedule students on the left navigation menu
Select the health organization
Select the opportunity
Click +Add placeholder students
Type in the number of placeholder students and click +Add placeholder students (6-10 students if a group rotation)
Enter a start and end date
Click Create a group rotation
Assign Real Students
To assign real students...
Click the rotation on the rotations page
Click the dropdown where students and staff are listed and click +Add student
Select the student and click Replace a placeholder with student
Click save changes
