Visualize your financial health

The Clockwork Dashboard provides a visual overview of your financial trends, current health, and forecasted performance. There are 3 main sections:

  1. Quick Glance

  2. Financial Model

  3. Cash Flow

Quick Glance:

  1. Clockwork Score: How well is your company doing? Your Clockwork Score is determined by a combination of your Net Income and Cash Flow performance, as well as your performance against the baseline forecast. The better you perform, the better your score!

  2. Revenue (YTD): Directional indication of how your EBITDA is performing over time

  3. EBITDA (YTD) : Directional indication of how your EBITDA (Net Income) is performing over time

  4. Cash: Directional indication of how your Cash Flow is performing over time

Financial Model:

A visual display of incomes and expenses over a selected period of time

Time Period

Click the boxes with the calendar icon in the upper right to select the time periods to show.  The shaded area on the left side of the graph will always show a rolling 12 month view of actuals, with the selected range of forecasted numbers shown with the dotted lines to the right.

Lines Displayed

At the top of the chart, you will find colored buttons representing “Revenue,” “COGS,” “Gross Profit,”etc.  You can select or deselect these buttons to show or hide what you would like to see. The corresponding background color of the buttons depicts the color of that item on the graph. 

Mouse-Over for More Detail:

When moving your cursor over the graph, data from the month you're hovering over will be displayed under the selected Income Statement Buttons.

Cash Flow:

Scroll down to see the the Cash Flow graph, which provides a visual display of your company’s cash balance, associated weekly cash inflows and outflows, and actual versus forecast.

Time Period:

Click the box with the calendar icon in the top-right of the graph to select the time period to show.  The left side of the graph will always show a rolling 13 month view of actuals, with the selected range of forecasted numbers shown to the right.

Mouse-Over for More Detail:

When moving your cursor over the graph, data from the month you're hovering over will be displayed under the associated Cash Information items at the top of the chart.
