How to Upload Wire Instructions to Closepin

Instructions for uploading closing agent wire instructions in Closepin

Step 1: Log in to Closepin.

Step 2: Click the Upload Documents section of Closepin which is located on the main dashboard.

Step 3: Then on the Left hand side, click on Upload Wire Instructions.

Step 4: Once on the Wire Instructions page, to upload this requested document, click + Add Banking Account.

Step 5: From there enter your account information by filling out each required field and providing your wire PDF. If your Wire Instruction PDF has Final Credit to information Click FCT / Beneficiary Account (Final Credit To) Required check box to add that Final Credit to Information. Once all information is added, Click Save to confirm the information.

FAQ's:

  1. If only 1 ABA and account number is listed on the PDF copy then fill in the ABA and account information only in the first set of fields.

  2. If 2 account numbers are present they should put the receiving or primary bank info at the top and the FCT at the bottom when they check the box.

  3. For FCT they will be asked to enter the aba/routing into both sections even if it's the same.

  4. Do not enter borrower or property specific information into the the FCT fields. Your lender will confirm those details and any transaction specific notes at the time of funding.
