1. First, login to your lender admin profile.
2. Click Manage Closing Agents
3. Search for a Title Agent Via Company Name/ Address or both.
If agents company is not able to be found, first click show all agents and if the specific agent profile is not found please reach out to support@clospein.com for an update on the agent.
4. Each closing agent company name is actually a hyperlink to that agent's profile. Click the company name of the agent for whom you would like to download documents.
5. This will bring you into the Agent Details. Scroll down until you see a list of documents that looks like the below image. Each document field is expandable. Click on the document field you'd like to download to expand the field. On the right side of the page is a hyperlinked document in blue. To download the document, click on the blue text.
