1. First, login to your lender admin profile.
2. Click Manage Closing Agents
3. From there click Show My Agents and search the agents Company Name/ Address.
4. Next, click the down arrow next to Action and click Deactivate. fill out the reason for deactivation (so that your team knows why the agent was deactivated) and select whether or not you want to notify the agent that you have deactivated them.
5. Then fill out the reason for deactivation (so that your team knows why the agent was deactivated) and select whether or not you want to notify the agent that you have deactivated them.
6. Once you click Proceed, the agent will now show Deactivated as the status with a blue information icon. When clicked, the information icon reveals to your team members the reason for the agent's deactivation.
