What is Closepin?

Closepin is the platform for title agents to manage their compliance documents, enabling fast and simple auditing for lenders and insurance underwriters. These lenders leverage Closepin to collect, store, and maintain agents compliance documents.

What Compliance Documents does Closepin Collect & Lenders Require?

Compliance document requirements vary for each state and lender partner. With this being said, the following documents are what is requested initially for each agent to upload with in their company profile:

Certificate of Good Standing, Agency License, Agent License/ Agent of Record/ Attorney Bar License, E&O, Surety Bond, Fidelity Bond, and Wire Instructions.
