1. First, login to your lender admin profile.
2. Click Manage Closing Agents
3. Search for a Title Agent Via Company Name/ Address or both.
If agents company is not able to be found, first click show all agents and if the specific agent profile is not found please reach out to support@clospein.com for an update on the agent.
4. When an agent's company appears, if an agent is within your lender network, Click View Status. In the top right corner, the profile will state either In Compliance or Out of Compliance.
5. No matter the status of the agent, Click Print and a PDF of the compliance results will open that is able to be viewed, downloaded, or printed.
