Primary Contact for Closing Disclosure

Create a primary contact for each of your licensed individual producers/ licensed attorneys at your branch locations.

Once you have logged into your company's Closepin profile, you will need to upload each branches primary contact information.

Step 1: First Click the Upload Documents section of Closepin which is located on the main dashboard.

Step 2: Then on the Left hand side, click on 8. Closing Disclosure. Then click +Add Primary Contact

Step 3: Once you click +Add Primary Contact, the primary contact sheet will open. First you will select a contact which will come from the list of agents under the Add Users section of Closepin. Once the contact is selected, you will select the license that corresponds with that agent and the branch in which they work out of. Each branch can have its own designated primary contact.

Step 4: Click Close to save primary contact information.

FAQ's about Primary Contact:

  1. Who qualifies as a primary contact? A primary contact is a licensed individual producer or a licensed attorney that is the primary contact for your branch and is often the individual listed on Page 5 of the Closing Disclosure.

  2. How many primary contacts can I have? Each branch can have a designated primary contact.

  3. What if our primary contact is not licensed? If a primary contact is not licensed, no license will need to be selected. Just the User and branch will be selected.
