Accessing Closepin via Encompass Loan Officer Connect is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below:
Log in to Encompass: https://www.encompassloconnect.com/
Navigate to the Pipeline Application
This may be accessed by clicking the Apps button in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Locate and select the loan that you would like to assign a title or settlement company to
On the left-hand navigation scroll down to locate Services & then click All Services
Click Title & Closing
Click Order Service (located in the top right-hand corner)
Under categories, you will need to select Title and Closing
Select Agent Validations by Closepin as the provider and then click Next
Search for a title or settlement company
