If the company you have selected is showing a status of Out of Compliance in Closepin, then you have the option to request validation.
By clicking on the Request Validation button, Closepin will automatically contact the chosen title agency to have them update their profile with updated insurance, licenses, wire instructions, and contact information.
Once the selected title company has updated its information with the appropriate documents that meet your requirements, then the status will change to In Compliance.
