If you arrive and find the office closed or are turned away, despite being booked through our system, please wait for 30 minutes after the start of the assignment. During this wait, attempt to contact the office directly and through our platform. If you're unable to enter the office after 30 minutes, report the incident to service@clouddentistry.com or via the complaint button on your appointment. You may be entitled to compensation for up to half a day's work, for a maximum of 4 hours. If you gain entry, your work time commences as scheduled. Compensation claims must be submitted within 30 days and will be paid through our direct pay system, not by check.
