What if the hours I booked a professional for have changed?

If the hours for which you booked a professional need to be changed, the existing appointment cannot be changed directly. You will need to cancel the current assignment that has incorrect hours and then create a new appointment request for the professional to confirm. It's important to be aware that if these changes are made within 24 hours of the appointment and the provider does not agree to the revised, shortened day, the office may incur cancellation fees.
