The clients page (https://cloudfiles.cloudbrand.io/clients) is your contact management center in Cloudbrand. Despite the name, this area isn't just for clients - you can add all your business contacts including leads, prospects, and other recipients.
How Organizations Work
In Cloudbrand, we organize contacts using an organization structure. When you add a new client or contact, they automatically become the default owner of their organization. Don't worry - you can edit and change this ownership later if needed.
Contact Limits
If you're on a paid subscription, there's no limit to how many clients or contacts you can add to your workspace. Your contacts can also invite their team members, creating a collaborative environment.
Free plan users have more restrictions:
You can add clients and contacts to your workspace
However, your clients cannot invite their team members
Free workspaces are limited to 1 team member per client or contact
This organization system helps keep your contacts structured while giving you flexibility based on your subscription level.
