If PageMan is not showing your new content, check that the new device is connected to the Internet. If web pages open on the browser on the device, it is connected. If you are not connected to the Internet, check your settings for problems.
Secondly, check the schedules to see if the correct date is being used and that the schedule is set to published. Please also check the date in the ‘Date and Time’ settings on your Android device. Also make sure that the schedule is published.
