If you have inputted the correct credentials and password but cannot log into the TallOrder POS, please click on the Advance button on the sign in screen and then click on Reset Sign in and input your credentials there in order to sign in successfully. If you are still not being signed in, please click on the advance button again and then click on Reset Sign in and select the Override Master POS. From here, please input your credentials and then sign in again. If both of the above options do not work, please contact the TallOrder support team.
