If you are trying to log into the TallOrder POS and after entering your details, you are receiving an error, there could be an issue with the POS timing out.

If you receive the following error: "Email/password combination does not match records" or a similar error message, please click on the Advanced button on the sign in page, then select the "reset sign-in". Input your information and try sign in again.
