Open the signing link from your invitation email. You can review the document and the sender’s message before you verify your email.

Sign a document

  1. Review every page in Document preview. Use the zoom controls if you need a closer view.

  2. Select Verify email to sign. Enter the six-digit code sent to the email address shown on the page.

  3. Complete the required fields under Your details. An asterisk marks required fields.

  4. Enter your Full legal name.

  5. Under Create your signature, choose Type or Draw. Type your signature or draw it in the signature area.

  6. Review the signature in the document preview. Read and select the consent checkbox.

  7. Select Sign & approve.

If you need to redraw your signature, select Clear. Your signature applies to the signature fields assigned to you.

Use a saved signature

Select Remember this signature for next time when you create a signature. If a saved signature is available, the Saved option appears.

You must still review each request and give consent. Select Delete saved signature to remove the saved signature and create another one.

Approve without adding a signature

An approval request shows Verify email to approve. Verify your email, complete any required details, and select the approval consent checkbox. Then select Approve document.

Check the result

The confirmation page states that you signed or that your approval was recorded. It may list people whose responses are still needed.

If the page says your turn has not started, wait for your stage to become active. If it says no action is needed, your step is complete.
