Each file and folder in CloudSee Drive includes a Status indicator. This column shows the current state of the item and updates automatically to reflect any action in progress (e.g., renaming, moving, extracting, or deleting). The status changes when the operation is completed and the Fast Buckets index is updated.

Default

  • Ready
Indicates that the file or folder is idle and available for interaction. You can upload, rename, or move from the Ready state.

Rename

  • Renaming
Appears when a file is in process of being renamed.

  • Receiving Data (Rename)
Appears when a folder is being renamed and Fast Buckets is processing the update.

Extract

  • Extracting
Appears when the “Extract Here” action has started and CloudSee Drive is extracting a compressed file.

Move

  • Copying
Indicates that the system has initiated the Move as Copy process for the source files or folders.

  • Waiting for Copy
Appears on the destination folder while it prepares to receive copied items.

  • Receiving Copy
Appears once the destination folder begins receiving the copied data.

  • Moving
Indicates that the Move process has started for the source files or folders.

  • Waiting for Move
Appears on the destination folder when the move process is pending.

  • Receiving Move
Appears once the destination folder begins receiving the moved data.

Delete

  • Deleting
Appears when a file or folder is being deleted from CloudSee Drive.
