CloudSee Drive AI is intelligent and AI-powered. It is designed to help users find, understand, and manage S3 files faster. It eliminates the traditional S3 search struggle by removing the need to memorize folder structures or build complex filters.
Instead of relying on folder navigation or exact file names, users can interact with their content using natural language. Simply type or speak what you need in plain English.
This guide explains how to access CloudSee Drive AI, perform searches, refine results, and open files returned by your search.
Sign In to CloudSee Drive
Access CloudSee Drive: Open your browser and navigate to CloudSee Drive.
Sign In: Enter your credentials and select the Sign In button to access your CloudSee Drive dashboard.
Open CloudSee Drive AI
Access CloudSee Drive AI: From the right side of the search field, select the Ask AI button to open the CloudSee Drive AI dialog.
Search Using CloudSee Drive AI
Enter a Search Prompt: In the AI input field, type your question or press the microphone button and request your search using your voice.

2. Execute your search: Press Enter or select the Search button.
3. Review the results: CloudSee Drive displays relevant files and contextual
information based on your request.
Open Files From AI Results
Select a File: Click on any file returned by CloudSee Drive.
View the File: The selected file opens in CloudSee Drive, allowing you to review or manage it.
AI search active: When AI Search is enabled, it will remain visible at the top of the screen so you can easily view and clear your query.
Exit CloudSee Drive AI
Close the AI Panel: When finished, select the close button (in the upper right corner of the AI section) or navigate to another section of CloudSee Drive.
