Navigating the Clpper Command Center app

This article explains how to use the Clpper Command Center app. The Command Center helps barbers manage schedules, clients, payments, and sharing tools from one place.

What is the Clpper Command Center app

The Clpper Command Center app is the business control center for barbers.
You use this app to manage appointments, track clients, review transactions, and take key actions for your shop.


Schedule page

The Schedule page displays your appointments in real time.
Each appointment shows date, time, and service details.

Tap an appointment to:
View client and service details
Mark an appointment as paid
Issue a refund if needed

Adding an appointment
From the Schedule page, tap the plus icon at the top right.
Select Add appointment.
Fill out the appointment details.
Save.

The appointment appears instantly on your schedule.

Blocking time

From the Schedule page, tap the plus icon at the top right.
Select Block time.
Choose the time range you want to block.
Save.

Blocked time no longer shows as available on your booking app.


Clients page

The Clients page displays all your clients.
Each client shows:
Total spend
Total visits
Most recent visit

This page helps identify repeat and high value clients.

Adding a client

From the Clients page, tap the plus icon at the top right.
Enter the client details.
Save.

​Share page

The Share page displays a QR code to download your app.
Use the Share button to send your booking app link.

This page helps drive new bookings and referrals.


Transactions page

The Transactions page shows all appointment payments and product purchases.

Each transaction displays purchase details and status.

Product pickup

When a client purchases a product, the transaction appears on this page.
Tap the transaction.
Select Pick up when the client arrives at the shop.

Profile page

The Profile page shows performance analytics.
You edit account details and business settings here.

The Command Center app keeps scheduling, sales, and client data connected.
Each section supports faster operations and higher revenue.
