Updated over 2 months ago

What are rewards points

Rewards points let customers earn points for actions that help grow your shop.
These actions bring more bookings, more sales, and more reviews.

Customers earn points.
Points turn into savings.
Savings keep customers coming back.

How rewards points convert

Every 100 reward points equals 1 dollar.
Customers use rewards as cash inside your app.
Rewards apply to products and services.

Example
A customer earns 200 points.
200 points equals 2 dollars.
They save 2 dollars on their next booking or purchase.

Actions that earn rewards

Customers earn points for four actions:

Signing up for your app
Referring a friend
Making a purchase
Leaving a Google review

You control how many points each action earns.

Customizing rewards

As a barber or shop owner, you set the points for each action in your dashboard.
This lets you reward actions that make you the most money.

Purchase rewards explained

For purchases, you set how many points customers earn per dollar spent.

Simple example
You set 5 points per dollar.
A customer spends 20 dollars.
They earn 100 points.
100 points equals 1 dollar in rewards.

The more they spend, the more they earn.

Cash name setting

In the Barber Dashboard, the shop admin sets the reward cash name.
This usually follows this format:

Shop name + Cash

Example
Fade House Cash

This name shows inside the app when customers use rewards.

Rewards points help drive repeat visits, higher spending, and referrals.
You control the rules.
Customers see clear value.
