How to set up additional staff members in Clubright.

​Why would I use this feature?

Adding additional staff users helps you streamline tasks and distribute responsibilities among your staff effectively.

How do I set this up?

Step 1

First, from your admin dashboard, click on the settings menu in the top right corner and select the staff option. ​

Step 2

Click the setup new staff members button located in the top right.

Step 3

Enter the staff members first name, last name and email address. Then click add and edit.

Step 4

Fill out the members profile tab, in the top right ensure you've selected the correct level of access required and click Save.

Step 5

Now everything is set up and ready to go, please instruct your staff member to use the registration link to set up an online account. As long as they use the same email address, it will link to the admin account seamlessly.

You can assign different levels of access based on your needs:

Owner Access Level: Owners have complete access to Clubright, including member management, settings, reporting, and integrations.

Staff Access Level: Staff members can access member profiles, add membership plans, and schedule events on the diary. However, they cannot access settings or reporting.

Manager Access Level (Complete only feature): Managers have access to member management, access to reporting (minus accounting reports).

Trainer Access Level (Complete only feature): Trainers have limited access. They can add plans to customers but cannot view member profiles, add events to the diary, or access settings and reporting.

Business Access Level (Complete only feature): Business-level access grants full control over Clubright's features, including member management, settings, reporting, and integrations. Additionally, the dashboard provides more KPIs for daily business monitoring.
