Why can my member not book into classes?

Why members cannot book into activity or class

Step 1: Membership plan bookings

- First check the member has an active membership plan and is not overdue.

Members grid > click on the members profile > membership plans

Step 2: Ensure the plan allow access to the specific activity

Settings > Memberships > now click edit on the plan > activity access tab

- Within her you can see the activities the members have unlimited access to. If this is unticked they cannot book in, you will need to tick this then it will give access.

-As you can see above if the activity is not ticked then it will not allow the member to book in.


Step 3: Product bookings

- Now check the member has credits available , and ensure that the activity is before the end date

Members grid > click on the members profile > purchases tab > credits

Step 4: Ensure the credits allow bookings to this specific activity.

To ensure the credit gives access go to the settings, now go to products, click on the credit, then ensure this gives access to the activities.
